List of documents for participation in the Conference

 Conference participant registration form (Word file);

 Examination Act on materials possibility to be published in mass media;

 Electronic version of materials with pictures and drawings separately (*. jpg);

 Printed materials of 1 full page A5.

 Official languages: Ukrainian, English.

 Duration of the report on breakout session minutes.

The conference represented only materials containing the results of students research . Materials review character, short messages, the results of scientific work of supervisor, which was carried out without the participation of students will not be accepted.

All materials are provided by the Organizing Committee reports directly by the authors (building № 1, aud. 336, 330).

Topic submissions for the conference should coincide with the theme of research students.

Structure of the report submitted to the conference

1. Introduction.

The introduction provides:

- Status of study site at the time of performance;

- Background and rationale of the research;

- Novelty;

2. The main text of the report.

The main text contains:

- Formulation of the problem;

- Solving problems and methods of research

- The results

In preparing the report avoid a specific, obscure terms. If you are using the latest, be sure to give an explanation.

3. The final part.

This part of the report contains the main findings, which, inter alia, to reflect new information obtained by the authors, and recommendations for their practical use.

- Topicality;

- Novelty;

- Formulation of the problem;

- Methods of Research;

- Major results;

- Usage;

- Conclusions;

- Literature.

Demands to the materials submitted for publication in the collection of conference materials

Paper format: А5 (148х210 мм). Fields: left – 20 мм; right – 15 мм; upper – 20 мм; lower  – 20 мм. Lines interval – single.

Requirements to the text outline:

Title UDC code (Times New Roman Cyr, font 11) – left-aligned.

Information about authors – initials, surname (Times New Roman Cyr, font 11, bold) – right-aligned.

Title of the abstract  (Times New Roman Cyr, font 11, bold) – left-aligned, space from below - 6 pt, above – 6, all letters  capital, without hyphenation

The text of the abstract (Times New Roman Cyr, font 9), first line indent of the paragraph is 0.53 cm, the text must be justified, without hyphenation.

Titles of the tables (Times New Roman Cyr, font 10, bold) – the text must be centered, numbering of the tables (Times New Roman Cyr, font 10, bold) – right-alignment.

Formulas – it is recommended to use build-in Word for Windows Equation Editor using the following styles:  Text – Times New Roman Cyr; Function – Times New Roman Cyr; italic; Variable – Times New Roman Cyr; italic; L.C.Greek  and U.C.Greek  – Symbol;  Symbol  – Symbol; Matrix/Vector  – Times New Roman Cyr, bold; Number  – Times NewRoman Cyr.

It is recommended to use such font sizes:

Full – 9 pt; Subscript/Superscript  – 5 pt; Subscript/Superscript – 3 pt; Symbol – 12 pt; Sub-symbol  – 9 pt.

Used Literature (Under ГОСТ 7.1–84 and ДСТУ 3582–97)

Literature (Times New Roman Cyr, font 11, bold) – the text must be centered, space from below - 6 pt, above – 0; Surnames and initials of the authors of literature (Times New Roman Cyr, font 9, italic); title of references  (Times New Roman Cyr, font 11, space from below - 6 pt between different sources in literature list) – the text must be justified and must be typed as numbered list.

Form for submissions: Authors should submit 1 copy of printed materials (sample attached) and an electronic version.

Working languages: Ukrainian, English.

Materials of the Abstracts should be in a text editor MS Word for Windows.
